Reseller Information
- Channel Program designed for resellers, VARs, system integrators, solution providers or small system builders
- The program is open to any acceptable business that resells computer software and/or services
- Not For Resale (NFR) software kits are available at discounted pricing for in-house use, training and testing
- Complete Program Documentation is located in the Program Library

Requirements
- Completed partner application and agreement
- Program fee
- Active web presence
- Business is financially stable
- Annual gross revenue commitments (above entry level program tiers) to maintain discount level
- Become 'product knowledgeable' on each product being offered for resale
- Provide technical support to end users, and/or third party buyers
- Must have a good understanding of TCP/IP and FTP servers
- Maintain active status by ordering a minimum of six products within a three-month period
Application Process
- Complete the Reseller Application Form
- The application will be reviewed by the Channel Program Director
- Respond to any follow up questions
- Review, sign and submit the Program Agreement
- Applicant will be assigned a Channel ID code and a password to access to the Channel Partner area of the website
- Partner is provided with access to marketing materials, order forms, logos and pricing tables
Reseller Channel Partners are encouraged to maintain their active reseller status by reselling a minimum of 6 licenses over a 3-month period. Dependent upon the resellers' current discount rate, the discount may decrease if active status is not maintained.
